We accept product defect exchanges within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product
Returns within 7 days from receiving your shipment only. Items may not be returned to Airsoftjunkiez AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting Airsoftjunkiez will NOT be refunded.
All custom orders and custom builds are not refundable or exchangeable.
Please call 770-609-9685 to request an RMA # before returning anything. Do not ship back anything without prior authorization. Please MAKE SURE you write your unique RMA # on the outside of the package, with your contact information on a note inside before shipping.
Returns are not available unless Airsoftjunkiez has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances.

Returned items can not be batteries, parts, or other consumable items

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return. Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Airsoftjunkiez.
Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization or the RMA number clearly written on the package will not be processed and may be refused.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered, absolutely no exceptions.
